Warranty

At White Rock Glass we warranty all of our work. We are proud to be the first to offer a 12 year warranty on our sealed units against fogging. We are able to do this because we have our units manufactured with a double seal. This allows us to offer more than the standard 5 year warranty at competitive rates for our customers.

We offer a lifetime warranty against leaking on all our shower doors due to hardware fatigue. The silicone seal should be reapplied every three years depending on use and your tiles should be resealed every six months according to the tile experts.

Our automotive glass replacements are guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle*. As well, chip repairs are under warranty against spreading for life. In the rare instance that spreading does occur we will reimburse you the full amount of the repair towards a new windshield except in the special instance that there is rust damage to the surface of the repair area. 

Automotive Glass

At White Rock Glass you can rest assured that you and your car will be well taken care of.

In addition to your repair, which will be done using the best products available, we will vacuum your vehicle. We also have courtesy cars available for your convenience at no extra cost to you.

We are an ICBC Glass Express vendor. This means that there is no need to go to an ICBC claim center. We can start and process your claim right from the shop. Just bring us your insurance papers; it only takes a couple minutes. We deal with privately insured vehicles as well. If you don’t have comprehensive coverage on your vehicle please give us a call at the office and let us know, we’d be happy to give you a great deal on your glass.

Residential glass is our original foundation upon which we built our reputation.

We also offer storefront installs and repairs. If your showroom door needs adjusting or is broken we can repair it quickly. If a window is broken or the frames have been damaged we can also help you out. We can also supply and install a new storefront if that is what you need.
